  • Population of 70,000 or more
  • Low-to-medium income area

Target Demographics (within 3-mile radius):

  • 35% or more residents in radius are renters
  • 40% or more residents in radius earn less than
  • $50,000

Standard Location Requirements:

  • 600 – 800 Amp power
  • 2” Water line
  • 4” Sewer line

Optimal Location:

  • End cap or freestanding building
  • 3,000-12,000 Sq. Ft
  • Highly visible location with good ingress/egress
  • Pylon or monument signage
  • Ample parking
